David Cairns - Santee Lakeside Spring Valley Real Estate! My name is David Cairns and I am a real estate professional with Century 21 Award working out of the El Cajon/Rancho San Diego office. Our office is the number one real estate office in East County San Diego. I focus on the purchases and sales of homes in Santee, Lakeside, Spring Valley, El Cajon, and La Mesa.
I serve in East County because this is where I live and I love living here. San Diego is so diverse; it offers something for everyone. I am proud of our military heritage, world class museums, attractions & beaches, and emphasis on families. East County offers the best of everything; you are minutes from anywhere in San Diego but still live in quiet suburban happiness.

Knowledge
I work hard to make sure my knowledge is sharp at all times. I know my markets, I study them weekly. I know what trends are happening and work hard to make those facts work in your favor. I stay current on news events so I know what is happening in the areas of finance, legislation, and trends in the market place. I work with a large number of professionals in all areas of real estate.
I have special certifications in today’s challenging economic environment with specialized training in short sales and foreclosures. My official designation is a Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS). I know the entire process from pre-beginning all the way through closing.
I know the different types of financing available. I have studied FHA (230b), Conventional, VA, Reverse Mortgages (HECM), and Renovation Loans (203k). There is a package right for every person. In knowing all the types of financing I can help you get the financing that is the right fit for you.
Training

I believe strongly in technology. I have been involved with cutting edge technology my entire life. For over 20 years I have worked for and with World 100 technology companies. I have strong skills in finance and negotiation.
I use my extensive background in technology to aid my clients. As tools and technologies expand I skillfully use them to aid in the purchase and sales of homes. The technology advances made in the world should be and can be used in real estate. I continually expand my training in all technologies so they can be a benefit to you.
Support
The purchase and sale of a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make in life. Most likely, it will be the single greatest financial decision you will make. If you look at the process it can seem daunting. I am here for you. My goal is to make the process for you to be as easy as it can be. I am by your side every step of the way making sure you understand everything that is going on. I am always as close as a phone call or e-mail anytime a question comes up.
